PEAK AGRITRANS is a multipurpose, 10W30 UTTO (Universal Tractor & Transmission Oil) tractor transmission & hydraulic fluid manufactured using refined base oils and high-quality additive package.

PEAK AGRITRANS has been formulated specifically to suit a wide range of transmissions, hydraulics, PTOs, hydraulic bearings and some final drives fitted to tractors and construction equipment, especially those with wet brakes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PEAK SUGAR DISSOLVING OIL is a blend of highly refined paraffinic base oils and selected penetrating aids and surfactants combined to provide ease of cleaning together with lubrication of confectionery and packaging machinery.

PEAK SUGAR DISSOLVING OIL is used in the confectionery and baking industry to provide easy cleaning and lubrication of all machinery components. It is also suitable for lubricating all slides, conveyor chains, cams, hydraulic and pneumatic rams, and lightly loaded open gears and bearings on food and packaging machinery.

PEAK SUGAR DISSOLVING OIL is formulated to allow easy machinery cleaning with either a water jet or steam, leaving a light adherent film of lubricant.

DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION

PEAK ROCK DRILL is specially formulated for the lubrication of percussion type air tools, including rock
drills, paving breakers, pneumatic pile drivers, ballast tampers, chipping hammers, etc. Application is most
commonly via an oil mist carried in the air supplied to the tool, which may be supplied either from an integral
reservoir in the tool, an airline lubricator, or in the case of larger machines a central reservoir.

PEAK ROCK DRILL contains advanced Extreme Pressure (EP) and tackiness additives and is fully inhibited
against rust and oxidation.

PEAK ROCK DRILL resists water washout by emulsifying partly with moisture to form a strong adhering tacky
lubricating film that provides good wear protection, protects against rusting and resists washout from
additional water. Equipment wear due to high speeds and heavy or shock loads is minimised, and tool
surfaces are protected from rust by the inclusion of corrosion inhibitors.

PEAK ROCK DRILL resists foaming in airline lubricators ensuring that oil fed to the tool will be uniform and easily
controlled.

PEAK JAY 2 is a low viscosity premium quality isoparaffinic based spindle oil. It will provide protection against rusting, oxidation and corrosion and is suitable for lubricating high speed bearings, needles and spindles requiring a non-zinc anti wear oil.
PEAK JAY 2 is designed to meet specifications requiring a premium quality, light viscosity fluid for applications running at high speeds such as those found in high speed frames and automated machine tools. It is particularly recommended for spindle bearings operating with exceptionally close tolerances.

PEAK VACUUM PUMP OIL 46 is based on severely hydrocracked base oils chosen for their ability to resist thermal cracking and chemical oxidation at high temperatures, providing superior performance in vacuum pump cylinders.

PEAK VACUUM PUMP OIL 46 exhibits inherently high oxidation resistance and low chemical reactivity with high resistance to corrosive attack. The combination of low volatility and low vapor pressure delivers extended fluid life.

PEAK VACUUM PUMP OIL 46 is suitable for lubricating rotary vane pumps and recirculating vacuum pumps, cylinders, pump bearings, and sealing glands. It is especially ideal for use in lubricating vacuum pumps operating in wet and humid conditions, as found in the dairy industry.
