DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION

PEAK NEAT CUT 22 is an inactive type cutting oil formulated with refined naphthenic base oils. It is an excellent dual-purpose cutting and lubricating oil for higher-speed machining of free-cutting steels; brass, aluminum, copper, etc. in multiple spindle automatics.

PEAK NEAT CUT 22 acts as both a machine lubricant and a cutting oil where a lower viscosity oil is required. For eg. higher speed machining of free-cutting steels such as brass, aluminium, copper, and other softer type metals.

High Tensile Steels will require PEAK NEATCUT 68

PEAK RAZA TRANSLUCENT is a semi-synthetic EP water-soluble cutting oil with excellent
resistance to bacteria and corrosion. It forms a stable, translucent micro emulsion when
diluted with water. It is suitable for a wide range of light to medium machining operations
like drilling, grinding, reaming, milling, sawing, stamping and turning on a variety of metals. It
will provide excellent cooling, lubricating and corrosion protection. It can be used on a variety
of metals including yellow metals.
PEAK RAZA TRANSLUCENT is free of Chlorine, Silicone, Nitrite, Phenols and active Sulphur.

PEAK GUN DRILL OIL 15 is an extreme pressure mineral non-soluble cutting oil with low odour
characteristics for the machine operator’s comfort. It contains an extreme pressure additive system, rust
and anti-foam additives for long tool life, good heat transfer and surface finish.

PEAK GUN DRILL OIL 15 is designed for heavy-duty machining such as deep hole drilling, tapping,
broaching and threading of high carbon alloy and stainless steel.

MAY STAIN NON-FERROUS METALS and does not contain active phosphorous or chlorine extreme
pressure materials.

PEAK DRAWING OIL WW-H can also be used for brushing on metal parts during machining operations.

absence of silicone eliminates the possibility of ‘fish eyeing’ in subsequent processes such as
painting, anodizing, and powder coating.

Note: PEAK RAZA DD has a 12 month shelf life from date of manufacture.

HONING OIL

PEAK HONE OIL D is a low viscosity, specially compounded, non-volatile oil with excellent
lubrication properties and a comparatively high flash point. It does not contain kerosene and
is, therefore, free from the many hazards associated with the use of this type of material.

PEAK HONE OIL D is recommended for a variety of light metal forming applications, including
light press work, stamping and roll forming. It is also particularly suited for use in the cylinder
bore honing of hard and soft cast iron and steel liners, flat honing operations on cast iron,
lapping and superfinishing.

Less oil “carry off” making cleaning easier due to its very low viscosity.
Improvement in surface finishes with existing grade stones which eliminate scoring and
increases stone life.
Significant reduction in consumption (of up to 80%) compared to kerosene and kerosene
blends.

NOTE: It is important to maintain the oil in good condition and free of contaminants. The oil should be removed from the system periodically for
reconditioning. Suitable filters of high-speed centrifugal separators should be installed in the coolant circuits to remove swarf, debris, and abrasive
grit. Magnetic filters are also excellent where a high standard of surface finish with the absence of score marks and grit penetration is required.

PEAK BENDING OIL SSH is an active type water-washable neat metal working oil formulated
to meet the most severe bending and drawing applications, including with stainless steel.

PEAK BENDING OIL SSH is a viscous lubricant that is high in extreme pressure additive
which makes it particularly suited for use on heavy-duty operations such as bending and
drawing of stainless steels. The oil contains a small percentage of an emulsifier to assist with
water-wash cleaning requirements. The emulsion is “Quick Break” meaning that the separated
oil can be skimmed off for disposal – the water can then be reprocessed or recycled.
