PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PEAK LS90 DIFF OIL is a heavy-duty extreme pressure limited slip differential lubricant suitable for
passenger cars, 4WDs, light and heavy commercial vehicles. It may be used where API GL-5 SAE 90 gear
oils are specified for helical, hypoid, or spiral bevel axles, gear, and steering boxes operating under high
speed – shock load, high speed – low torque, and low speed – high torque conditions.
NOTE: PEAK LS90 DIFF OIL exceeds the API GL-5 specification and may be used where the obsolete GL-6
specification is called for.
PEAK LS90 DIFF OIL is formulated with extreme pressure additives that give high load carrying capacity to the oil, and anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation additives that protect all gear components from premature wear. It ensures the correct operation of friction surfaces eliminating noisy operation in both plate and cone clutch configurations.
PEAK LS90 DIFF OIL is specifically formulated for use in Limited Slip Differentials, however, it may be used
in standard hypoid differentials to eliminate the need to carry multiple diff oils.
