The product works by minimising the loss of moisture from the ends of sawn timber to within acceptable limits, thus preventing excessive “end checking” of timber, particularly during the stacking period at sawmills.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePEAK LOG END SEALER is applied at a rate of 1 litre to 4m² of area approximately - comparable to a heavy coat of paint.
