PEAK JAY 68 is a low viscosity high-quality mineral-based machine circulating and
lubricating oil. It will provide protection against rust, oxidation and corrosion, It is
suitable to be used as a hydraulic oil where anti-wear performance is less critical. It can
also be used for vacuum pumps where a VG68 is specified.

DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION

PEAK RAZA DD is a general-purpose EP water-soluble cutting oil with excellent resistance to
bacteria and corrosion. It is suitable for a wide range of machining operations like drilling,
grinding, reaming, milling, sawing, and turning on a variety of metals. It forms a stable milky
white emulsion and will provide excellent cooling, lubricating, and corrosion protection.

PEAK RAZA DD is formulated using a non-silicone, non-ionic, foam control additive. The
absence of silicone eliminates the possibility of ‘fish eyeing’ in subsequent processes such as
painting, anodizing, and powder coating.

Note: PEAK RAZA DD has a 12 month shelf life from date of manufacture.
