PEAK JAY 15 is a low viscosity high-quality mineral-based machine circulating and
lubricating oil. It will provide protection against rust, oxidation and corrosion and is
suitable for lubricating high-speed bearings, needles and spindles requiring a non-zinc anti-wear oil.

PEAK JAY 15 is designed to meet specifications requiring a premium quality, low viscosity
oil for applications running at high speeds such as those found in high-speed frames and
automated machine tools.

PEAK ECO SYN ULTRA SYN VP 100 is based on synthetic (PAO) base oils which have superior resistance
to thermal cracking and chemical oxidation at high temperatures compared to mineral-based oils.

PEAK ECO SYN ULTRA SYN VP 100 is suitable for more demanding applications with higher process
loads (e.g. acids, chemicals) and elevated operating temperatures and can deliver up to 4 times more
fluid life and superior performance in vacuum pump cylinders.

PEAK ECO SYN ULTRA SYN VP 100 can also be used to lubricate rotary vane pumps and recirculating
vacuum pumps, cylinders, pump bearings and sealing glands. It is especially suitable for use in
lubricating vacuum pumps operating in wet and humid conditions, as found in the dairy industry.

BENEFITS

    • Excellent demulsibility ensures it readily separates from water providing pump durability
    • Outstanding thermal and oxidation stability characteristics permit higher operating temperatures and  provides longer fluid life.
    • Its non-corrosive and relatively high solvency properties helps reduce deposit formation keeping  internal surfaces cleaner for longer.
    • Being synthetic oil based makes it possible for the Rotary Pump to reach higher vacuum and faster.
