PEAK VACUUM PUMP OIL 68 is based on severely hydrocracked base oils chosen for their ability to resist thermal cracking and chemical oxidation at high temperatures, providing superior performance in in vacuum pump cylinders. PEAK VACUUM PUMP OIL 68 exhibits inherently high oxidation resistance and low chemical reactivity with high resistance to corrosive attack. The combination of low volatility and low vapour pressure delivers extended fluid life. PEAK VACUUM PUMP OIL 68 is suitable to lubricate rotary vane pumps and recirculating vacuum pumps, cylinders, pump bearings and sealing glands. It is especially suitable for use in lubricating vacuum pumps operating in wet and humid conditions, as found in the dairy industry.
